The last time I posted, I was concerned about our baby girl dropping 50 percentiles in 2 months (from 82% to 52% to 32%). Well, now she's back up in the 50s again! So she's 3.5 times the size of my son at birth already...lol... unbelievable! I'm 30 weeks and we just had an incredibly positive appointment. She's even practicing breathing. Everything looks completely normal: fluid, blood flow, growth, BP, everything. She's a mover and a shaker, so it took a little while to get a good look at blood flow. My OB even asked me to hold my breath! But we got it and it looks perfect.
He also pulled me off of lovenox. I have MTHFR, but it's not the bad type, so he really only had me on lovenox because of my history. Since placentation is complete at 28+ weeks, and I've shown no signs of trouble so far, he no longer sees the benefit of it. He told me to continue the baby aspirin though.
So, we're scheduling a C section at 38w4d, and he kept reiterating that he expects me to get there. He said that it's likely we would have seen *something* by now if this wasn't to progress normally. Obviously we're keeping a close eye on things, but I'm glad he felt comfortable enough to offer that encouragement. He left the room telling me to go buy some normal size baby clothes. LOL!

Daniel born Feb 09 at 27w5d, 1 lb 1 oz/12 inches (severe IUGR) due to Severe Pre-E & HELLP. Now tall for age and no complications.
Diagnosed with MTHFR
Cornual Ectopic miscarriage Mar 11
Natalie born 6-5-12 at full term, 7 lb 11 oz & 21.5 inches, progesterone 2-8 weeks (for suspected luteal phase defect), lovenox 6-29 weeks, lda 0-36 weeks, folic.

This is such good news! I also stopped lovenox at 28 wks with Luke.

congratulaions ! please make sure they continue the scans for growth, fluid and umbilical cord flow. my baby was falling off the growth curve, went back to 40 percentile at 33 weeks and at my last sono at 35w 5 days there was almost no fluid left and was on 14%, despite good flow and good looking placenta. but i had bp issues, with my bp actually going down at 31 weeks on bp meds... so i had to cut down on labetalol significantly. they also expected me to make it till 39 weeks once i was 28 weeks pregnant. he was also practicing breathing on sono despite being small and everything turned out great ! hang in there, you are doing a great job !
