B-6, B-12, Folic Acid Supplement

Has anyone had an OB or MFM suggest a B-6/B-12/Folic Acid supplement? The doctor gave me a prescription for a vitamin with 2.2mg B-6, 25mg B-12, and 1mg folic acid to take in addition to my prenatal. He said it has been shown to help in autoimmune cases (that haven't been proven in my case, but suspected). He said if it wasn't that it wouldn't hurt anything to take it. He's also approved 81mg asprin. He's still highly suspecting HEELP though. He wants me to keep my BP meds where they are now maintaining pressures of around 140/90 as he is afraid if we try for lower I'll have low BP issues in second tri. He does plan to keep my BP lower starting around 20ish weeks (lost Taylor at 27 weeks).

I was not prescribed a B complex vitamin but my mfm had me start folgard last summer before I got pregnant again. Folgard RX is the prescibed version of what I am taking and I think the daily values are similar to what you were prescribed. I know there are other brands as well. I have also been taking an LDA for the duration. Hope that sheds a little light on things. For me,so far so good.

That's the same thing he gave me, but they had a generic at the pharmacy. Hopefully it will help.
