18 weeks too nervous to excercise
Re: 18 weeks too nervous to excercise
They generally do not like you to start an exercise plan if you haven't already been doing it, so definitely run it by your doctor.

Re: 18 weeks too nervous to excercise
I asked about swimming my doctor heavily encouraged it. I never got around to it and the next week we were on modified bed rest so my plan was out the window... but I wish I could have!
Everyone's pregnancies are so different, I would ask your doctor to see what they feel would be recommended for you.

18 weeks too nervous to excercise
Hi there! Haven't checked in for awhile. I am 18 weeks and still feeling nausea-normal sickness though! I am starting to get a bit nervous though, questioning every move. I have bad veins in right leg and wAnt to workout a bit to feel more energized. I have heard that it isn't good to excercise? Any thoughts?
