We found out...

Well, we had a sonogram yesterday, little bean is measuring right on target, 15 1/2 weeks. Heart, head, kidneys, legs and movement all looked good. Did an umbilical cord doppler, great flow he said. AND - it's a little girl! We are over the moon that we had good news yesterday. Back in 4 weeks for another appt. with the MFM.
Mom to Annabelle born at 26 weeks due to HELLP (2008) I found out I had Factor V and MTHFR after delivery.

Yay for team pink! And a bigger yay for everything looking so well. I know how good that feels to have a great appointment. Hoping that continues for you for a long time!
Miscarriage Feb 05 & Dec 07
Daniel born Feb 09 at 27w5d, 1 lb 1 oz/12 inches (severe IUGR) due to Severe Pre-E & HELLP. Now tall for age and no complications.
Diagnosed with MTHFR
Cornual Ectopic miscarriage Mar 11
Natalie born 6-5-12 at full term, 7 lb 11 oz & 21.5 inches, progesterone 2-8 weeks (for suspected luteal phase defect), lovenox 6-29 weeks, lda 0-36 weeks, folic.

Wonderful news! I had my ultrasound at 12 wks and they couldn't tell what the baby was. I don't go back until I am 20 wks. Disappointed to hear that! I wanted another ultrasound around 16 wks but the doctor said they couldn't do anything interventional anyways. I said well what about for my own peace of mind and self assurance? So, I have not convinced them to do another one. Boo!

Congratulations!!! Here is to a loooonng uneventful "boring" pre eclampsia free pregnancy!!!
Mom to 6 year old. Born at 33 1/2 weeks after preeclampsia and abruptio placenta.
Angel boy -Michael- born 2/1/2010 at 31 weeks. Had pre eclampsia and hospital bedrest at 27 weeks. Died due to NEC. Forever loved and missed
Rainbow baby due Feb 2012. Hoping for a looooonnnnnnngggg uneventful pregnancy.

9/16/2012 ~ Michael Leon was born, God is so good! Severe pre-e again, induced at 34 weeks, c-section due to baby's heart decelerating with each contraction. 1 week in NICU. I'm done! :)
