BP Dropping 7 1/2 Weeks?

Has anyone had their BP drop as early as 7 1/2 weeks? I've been on Labetalol 100mg/ 2X day since about 2 months PP with my daughter. Sunday I could not stand for more than 10 minutes without getting dizzy. I took my BP (when I wasn't dizzy) and it was lower than it has been several times. It was mainly around 120/70 (has been high 130s-140s/ 80-90s). Once it was 102/87 which is a weird reading for me. I tried called the dr. Sunday night, but he never called me back, so I decided not to take my meds and see what happens. BP has still been in 120s/70s range with no meds, but I haven't gotten dizzy again. Is it possible for pregnancy to cause a drop this early? Last time my BP was still 140/90 at my 10 week booking appointment and dropped for the next at 14 weeks to 120/70.

In my second pregnancy, which we wound up with pre-e, I found it pretty ironic that one of the first weird symptoms I reported to my MFM was that I got so dizzy I had to drop to the floor for fear I was going to pass out- when my hubby took my blood pressure it was stupidly low. I had similar dizzy spells early on with this one as well. Not sure if it's normal or usual, but I certainly had dizzy spells early on.

Hopefully you'll get a call from your doctor soon, as you'll probably want to check in before completely stopping meds if that's the direction things go.

It's been 2 days and he still hasn't called. Feel we may have to change doctors again. We have an appointment on Friday though. I'll stay off the meds, but continue to monitor my BP. Tonight it was 130/80, so still okay without the meds.
