81mg is the dosage of LDA (low-dose aspirin) and was the amount I was taking.anything higher would not be low-dose. I would ask your doctor if you are uncertain. I would be curios of his/her answer. I have not heard of a recommendation other than 81mg. do you have a link of this article/recommendation?

Dosage of low dose aspirin?

Postby cgellura » Tue Feb 11, 2014 01:24 pm

I'm just curious what dosage of low dose aspirin you have been told to take each day. I am currently taking only 81 mg LDA daily. I've been reading some studies online, and more than one has suggested women with an increased risk of developing severe preeclampsia could benefit from a higher daily dosage of LDA. Any thoughts?
