Totally agree on the snack idea as most important...well, maybe dh and a camera come first. [;)] When I went in for my induction, I sent dh to buy a sandwhich from a grociery store deli around 9pm (most things close around 10 here) and we put it in the OB fridge. I was sure glad to have it! I had Lara around 10:30pm and ate half my sandwhich around 12:00 before going to sleep. The hospital's Jello and broth don't do much good when you're famished! And the vending machines were full of junk-food that my gallbladder diet couldn't take. You probably know all this already, though!

Oh, funny story: Because my induction with Emma ended up spanning days instead of hours, by the time I actually had her my nightstand was packed full of crackers, a jar of peanut butter, dingdongs, cheese, juice pouches, etc, etc. LOL Every time a family member came to visit they would bring MORE food! After 4 days we were stocked! It was hillarious.

Well now you only have 20 days!!! Hope you got the bag packed - I also recommend packing a few snack items. I had Katie at 5 am and was ravinous! Couldn't get any breakfast until 9.30a when I got into my room. The Luna Bars saved me. Be sure to pack that camera and extra batteries - we PF aunties will want pictures!! So exciting!!

Wow, 24 days!!!! how amazing. Good idea on packing a bag, don't forget some cute receiving blankets for the baby, the ones at the hospital are boring and you want the pics to be cute!!! Take it easy and here's wishing you smooth sailing!!!!
