13 Weeks and HBP...

I just went in for a monthly checkup yesterday and they told me my blood pressure was high (150/80) when I usually run about 120/70. They told me to come back in a week to have it checked again. I have had a few headaches off and on, and a few times when my vision gets spotty (like I usually get with migrain headaches, but this few times I don't get the migraine). Could I already have preeclampsia so early?? What can be done this early? Should I call my doctor and tell him about the other symptoms or wait until my appointment next Monday? This is my first pregnancy and this is making me very nervous.

Preeclampsia usually is not called that until after the 20th week and if your blood pressure is 140/90 on two separate occasions over 6 hours apart, and if you are spilling protein (when they have you pee and dip the stick in the urine--that is what that is checking for) at 2+.
