Shoulder pain is very specific--it is the right shoulder, under where the bra strap sits, and on the back side of the shoulder--(if you ever watched the old Star Trek--like a Vulcan grip). It is extremely painful and may even require pain medication. This is referred pain from the liver, or some other internal swelling, pressing on a nerve. It is worth checking out if you are unsure.
