Generally speaking, when one is carrying a baby with a genetic defect is there an increased risk for the development of PE?

In my experience I have found that a chromosomally abnormal fetus is frequently associated with a pregnancy expressing very severe early preeclampsia even prior to 20 weeks gestation.
