Whether you wish to become pregnant or not, ideally everyone should strive to be at their ideal weight, be active and/or exercise properly, be sure one's diet is appropriate, and stop any bad health risk habits such as smoking, alcohol, or drug abuse. These are as important to a successful pregnancy as a successful life.
In your case, however, you might seek preconception counselling. There is a risk of over 25% of having high blood pressure and preeclampsia in your next pregnancy if you have had eclampsia in the third one. This need not deter another pregnancy but it will be important to be watched closely by a specialist in 'high risk' pregnancies who may need more information, as well as tests to rule out certain underlying disorders (such as clotting diseases) before you conceive. The doctor may also wish to use certain medications, and vitamin and mineral supplements that he or she believes may prevent reoccurrence of preeclampsia or lessen its severity.
