logging blood pressure readings at home?

Do you recommend pregnant women take their blood pressure at home? If so, how often?

I strongly recommend this (as long as I am sure they know how and cuff is judged as OK.) They should take BP twice a day at the same time early and late. Many BPs are better than one and most time BPs at home are lower not higher than at office and likely more representative of what their BP is most the time.
