Preeclampsia w/ few symptoms???

I have been having spots in front of my eyes for about the past week... they are really annoying -- it's like a constant gnat in my vision! I have some headaches, but they go away with tylenol. I am not swelling, the doc said my bp was ok (130/90 on Thurs - baseline was 100/80ish), weight gain is fine, and she didn't say I had protein in my urine. She sent me home with the collection contiainer for the 24 hour urine sample - but I'm really concerned! Today I've been having some pain behind my ribs, but nothing TOO severe, and its only off again on again! Should I sit tight for the few days it will take to get the results of my 24-hour urine or head for the hospital?? Please help!
