I delivered my baby last week at 28 weeks , he is a very small baby and being taken care of by the NICU at Bryn Mawr Hospital right outside of Philadelphia.
I am doing pretty well, my blood pressure is under control now. I am taking labetelol and procardia. the only physical challange I still have is blurry vision in my right eye, I can see but it does not focus well, I can only read thru my left eye right now.
After speaking to several Dr's, it seems as though this is a normal symptom of the Preeclampsia, high blood pressure and magnesium sulfate that I was on for almost a week. I am going to an eye specialist today, but would like some feedback from you as well. What is your opinion? Does this go away on it's own or is treatment needed to get full vision back?
I would appreciate a response asap, as you can imagine I am feeling lots of anxiety about this.
