My question is...can grieving raise blood pressure? What about work related stress and grieving combined? I'm concerned that I'm bottling up my grieving due to going back full time to work and not having time to let it all out, and that my bps will rise as a result. Is that possible?

No information to offer immediately; I would think that counseling with a family therapist, minister etc. should be pursued immediately. In my estimation the concern about blood pressure rising principally due to unresolved grief is not grounded in good research. First things first: go get help now, and the other things should fall into place.
