pill form of Lovenox?

My wife had severe pe @ 29 weeks. For our second pregnancy doc's had her inject Lovenox. I noticed that a pill form called
Pradaxa or Xarelto is on the market. Can pregant women take this pill as an alternative to injecting Lovenox?

I do not think that these drugs are approved in the US. I am checking.

If and when they are, there will be very little initial information regarding pregnancy. The data supporting the efficacy of Lovenox for the prevention of preeclampsia is very limited. We do not use it. If you have a lupus inhibitor, and particularly, if you have had a thrombosis, lovenox may help prevent a life threatening blood clot. Therapeutic effects need to be monitored in your blood.
