On the internet I found that black woman are at greater risk of pre-eclampsia than white woman. But I couldn't find anything about asian women. Do you know if they are at greater risk?

Asian women have the same risk as white women. The association with Black women has to do with severe disease and not mild. This may be related to limited access to care. There is no increased risk of HELLP in Asians.
