Could preeclampsia cause patient to suffer Bells Palsy 2-3 days prior to delivery?

I am unaware of any association of Bell’s palsy and preeclampsia. The disease, described by Charles Bell a few centuries ago, is believed to be either viral or an inflammatory reaction involving the facial nerve. It is seen often enough to occasionally coexist with preeclampsia.
