I would be very concerned about your becoming pregnant given that your blood pressure remains borderline high and you require fairly high doses of two medications. You might want a thorough evaluation by someone specializing in hypertension and then to have these results reviewed by a specialist in Maternal-Fetal medicine. In your favor is an excellent BMI, but your current blood pressure status has me concerned.
