Yes, this sounds as if you are developing preeclampsia again. Your diastolic BP is 90 and you are gaining weight rapidly, edema. A trace of protein may increase over time.
Follow your doctors advice closely. Call if you develop headaches or abdominal pain. A follow-up in two days is appropriate. Make certain that you can feel the baby moving every day. Your doctor may advise a nonstress test to evaluate the condition of the baby.
Fortunately, you are at 35 weeks. If delivery becomes necessary, you are almost at term.
