If fragmin and aspirin were given following a 25 week fetal loss it is probably because another condition was discovered that requires that treatment and your doctor should be asked what it is (like an "anitcardiolipin anitbody"). The previous 25-week fetal loss, alone, is not a sufficient reason. He may also wish to consult with his anesthesia service regarding stopping fragmin a week to several days before your anticipated delivery, perhaps stopping aspirin, and perhaps using regular heparin during the final days, especially if you are to have an epidural anesthetic.
