I came upon a website that you can view the nutritional value of almost anything. Not only does it have foods you prepare yourself, it has a variety of chain and fast food restaurants, as well. I say it has almost everything b/c I am going to a crab boil tonight and wanted to know how many calories I'd be looking at. Well they don't have that. They have king crab and raw crab (?) Who eats raw crabs[xx(]? In any case, it is relatively easy to use and quite interesting to see how much things can up your calorie intake!!
