I started couch to 5K last night!!

Catherine...that plan rocks [:D]!!! I am so excited...lol...sore as heck, but excited.

I feel like I am finally starting a running regimine that will last more than a week and won't end in me being injured [:p]. Thanks for sharing that!

I have to admit it is making me fantasize about doing an actual 5K in the fall...[8)]
