Where the heck have I been? I didn't even know that this category was here.
I have CHT and would like to finally loose the weight.
When I got married, I was 138. I want to get back there again. Approximately 30 pounds would be nice...even more would be better. In a galaxy far far away called college, I was 117.
Few of my clothes fit me. DH wants to lose too.
So, how does this work with you all? I see a weekly weigh in on Wednesdays. What programs are you following besides exercise? I have done weight watchers in the past, which does work if I could only stick with it. I think I'll start walking to speed up the losses. We'll see how this goes!
