Ok here I am! I need to lose 10 pounds in 3 months per doctors recomendation. I hope I can do it! Please tell me the format here and how everything works. What have you all been doing to get off pounds? What types of diets have worked? UGH I love to eat... that will be the hardest part for me. I am thinking about swimming and walking/running.
