Hi. Has anyone had challenges with their health insurance company and if so, any tricks to deal with the challenges?
Between the care for me during my pregnancy, and then my DD's, and then afterwards when she was in the NICU for a while...the bills I get from related companies are not correct.
My health insurance company, I'd say at least 50% of the time, probably more, has not paid their end correctly. I have had to make so many calls to them to ask them to please re-process things, I swear it's been a part time job in itself. It's been 8 months and I'm still trying to "clean things up". And I get different answers from different people, depending on who I'm talking to at the time.
I did ask for a formal audit of my entire account because things got so crazy.
Any other suggestions?
