Pack n Play and a vibrating bouncer. The bouncer has always been essential with us. With Cate's reflux and other issues, she slept in it for the first 8 or 9 months.

Our boys seem to like to do things at different times, so we've gotten away with one swing, one bouncy seat, one jumperoo. We also only have one boppy, and one crib. We have two bumbos, two high chairs...
A decent stroller is essential. We used the double snap n go with the bucket car seats until recently.
Also a good carrier- I love our ergo, and when they were newborns used a moby wrap. When I'm grocery shopping it's a necessity- if I put both babies in their car seats in the shopping cart, there's no room for the food LOL
