Low sodium blood levels

I recently had a physical and yesterday they called and want me to come back in to recheck the sodium levels in my blood. They were low at 129. I know that some bp meds can cause this but the one I am taking is not a diuretic so that should not be the problem. Dr. google is not reassuring me and saying things about kidney problems so just wondering if anyone else every had this result and if it is a big deal or not? The kidney stuff really worries me since I have had pre-e so many times and lots of really high 24hrs. I hope I have not ended up with permanant kidney damage. I hate to feel like such a hypochondriac but I appreciate an info anyone has to offer.
