Will your hectic schedule permit you to get back to running? Jogging Walking? Your body knows it and likes it.
Are you breast feeding? Some women have a hard time loosing while bf. And I'd think if you were bf 2, even if only occassionally, your body might hold onto weight to make sure it can support feeding two babies. Not saying that you should stop bf, if you are...just that it could be interferring with the weight loss.
