I am in for 8 lbs (since it is about 7 weeks until turkey fest). I just managed to put on a pair of my husband's jeans, and I would really like to be wearing mine again. I like the goal of a 10K by Thanksgiving, but am not sure if I will run it or ski it. Depends on the snow... I will be mostly running and cycling (trying for 3-4 days/week), with weekly pilates and yoga(hopefully 1 day each).
