I focused on getting healthy, breathing, and returning to normal this week. So, three pilates workouts, too much stress = too many brownies, and no cardio work. I have had almost a week of trouble-free breathing, and I am starting couch to 5K from coolrunning.com this week. I would prefer to lose weight, but not gaining is something of an achievement after eating pretty badly for a few days.
