Loss/Gain: -1 lbs

I ran a 10K over the weekend, and was hoping to see more of a change. But I guess I shouldn't because I haven't lost weight at all during the training either. This coming week-10 days is going to be rough with all the house guests/Bennett's birthday/Thanksgiving. My goal until all that is over is to not gain!

Loss/Gain: +.2 (but likely no real gain because I didn't weigh in first thing this morning & I just ate lunch!) But I haven't done anything to curb diet & did very little exercise wise either. :(

Loss/Gain: -4 lbs WOOHOO!!

I struggled to get into the groove this week, but got serious on Thursday. I've been cutting out a lot of carbs, bad carbs. I'm not depriving myself or cutting back portions, but I know for me, cutting back the carbs stabilizes my insulin and cuts my sugar cravings and eventually my portion size will follow naturally. I've made some high protein, low carb desserts so I still get a sweet treat.
