I cheated this week... After baking/eating a ton of cookies, I got a stomach bug from daycare. It wasn't too bad, and it helped erase the cookies. I also fit in a walk while something was warming up at work and did a pilates class on Tuesday. I hope this week will be better. WE have in-laws in town so we can ski, or at least hike.
Stacy - my husband is in the same situation, and he seems to have better luck sleeping after he drinks a good recovery drink (his favorite is chocolate milk) and stretches for a bit.
