Support for parents of Special needs children

HI all,
I have a friend who has a 16 year old with Cerebral Palsy who is looking for an online support group. Does anyone know of a program/ a place where she could post?

There is a yahoo group called "cerebral palsy moms." It is the best I have found. You have to join and then they will "approve" your request. I have found good support there. Also, she is free to email me anytime. Although my child with CP is much younger I am sure the emotions and problems are still quite the same. Give her a big hug for me!!
