I have begun working out with my trainer again, and she suggested I get a heart rate monitor. Through this whole PE/HELLP issue I have noticed my heart rate is a bit high.
I wore my heart monitor last night to bed and my resting rate was about 69-75
Sitting on the couch its as low as 79 and high as 100 just sitting here...
When I get up and move around (walk up the stairs...make dinner) its about 116-125
I know resting heart rate is anywhere from n60-100 but my ? is what is your heart rate supposed to be when your just doing daily activity? Input would be wonderous!
