OK here we are 1 month in and I don't think I have lost much at all :(
Current weight - 203 (didn't get to weigh myself this morning)
Goal - 160
short term goal - 198
So we are 4 weeke in and I haven't even put my work out dvd in once yet :o I really need to get my butt moving. We are going on vacation in September and I would really like to loose20 lbs by then! Summer has proven to be very tough for me with all of the BBQ's and birthday parties.
