I lost a pound (somehow) between the last edition of WLB and this morning. I am training for a half marathon in mid-october, which has helped a ton. I am also working harder on diet this time around and trying to eat more fruits and veggies and stay out of the kiddo's snacks. My long term fitness goal is to be able to skate ski a 20K course this winter in my old, and once comfortable, ski pants.
