Hi all!
Well...I am having an easy time losing my weight, at least 3/4 of it. FEEL FREE TO HIT ME!! [:0]
I jog a mile every other day and do yoga. Yoga seems to be doing more for me that the running. Especially at this point pp.
I was just wondering if there was anything that any of you swear by. I am willing to try anything to get rid of about 30-40 more pounds.
