Hey everyone!! I'm glad to see so many of you ladies have put down your stats and goals. That's great!! (Although, I think I'm the heaviest one so far. Guess I have my work cut out for me, huh?)
Anyhow, I wanted to see if you have any suggestions of what you'd like to do on this forum. I know on my sahm site we have had some of the ladies record what they ate for the day and how much they exercised. I was also thinking weekly weigh-ins and keeping journals of our weight loss efforts. What do you think, Ladies?
