I wanted to share an idea with you all as it has done wonders for me. I find a good way to stick to eating a healthy diet is to plan meals and snacks. I try to sit down one day a week and plan meals for that week. Then I also know what I need at the store and I won't go and buy a bunch of junk!!!
I of course have to do another list for the kids regarding somethings but I find that they tend to eat healthier when I am to. Goodluck to you all!!!!
