Hi Everyone-
I am looking for a cook book that focuses on whole food...fresh foods that do not use a lot of starchy foods in the recipes. Also, has anyone seen soy protein drinks or shakes for on the go? I would like to mix up my breakfast(getting sick of 1 hard boiled egg each morning) :)
