Hi Everyone -
I need to vent...plain and simple! Losing weight for me is such a challenge! I have no excuses, none, I just can not find the motivation inside of myself to stick going to the gym, or stop eating junk food. I realize that only I have the power to make change...and yet I just can't get on track. I do good for a week, and then fall off for two. I am so uncomfortable in my body, being the heaviest that I have ever been. I hate to admit to myself that I am a size 16, if I can't fit into a 14, it "must be the cut." You would think with waking up every morning, with a sour mood because of my weight, I would want to make a change!
I don't want to sound like I am looking for a pitty party....but if anyone has tips how to get out of this rut, let me know!!
