So last night dh weighed himself - he's lost 10 pounds already! That is somewhat discouraging because I haven't lost a thing and he isn't even trying - no extra physical activity, just eating what I cook in his larger portions with more candy and white bread to boot! But, it is encouraging in the sense that *maybe* I really am gaining muscle and not "not" losing weight after all? My pants and shirt sizes have gone down a size or 2, atleast if it weren't for the fat around my middle...I can button a size 18 pant, but it isn't quite comfortable yet - and the 16's fit my legs, no problem, but no way the rest of my bum/gut. Still somewhat encouraging!
