Hello all, I'm still at 216, but SO hoping I'm gaining muscle!
I tried day 1 of a "couch to 5k" running in 9 weeks plan...It was still too much for me, but a good work out nonetheless. It's just going to take me a bit more than the 9 weeks [;)] Hey, atleast I'm on my way.
How'd everyone else do this week? Was this week harder than usual? Easier? What's your downfall and your biggest strength?
