How to get him to gain weight

Well just got back from the nutritionist and we dont have to give him formula anymore thank god cause he hated it and he is now on pedisure or boost kid essentials which ever he decides he want and duocal for his food. But she didnt say anthing about butter! I gave him some pediasure when I got home and he sucked it right down I almost cried I was so happy hahaha so hopefully this will help him can weight. On the bad side we also found out today that he is tongue tied and may have to have surgery :( We never catch a break do we!
