My baby is sick

"sniff" she is going to the doc. SHe is still screaming ( and its worse) when she has a bowel movement. her hernia is growing and now she is vomiting all her meals. She is still stuffy in her nose. Isaiah is sick also. He has a stomach ache and some diarrhea. Dont know what bug is going thru us. My neibors little girl is coming down with it. And my friends baby was hospitilized from it. So I am hoping that Samara does okay but we are taking her in to make sure she is fine.
Please keep your fingers crossed that its nothing.

Sandra, sorry to hear that Samara and Isaiah are not feeling well. I hate it when Victoria is sick, it is one of the most helpless feelings. I will pray that they will be feeling better soon and that you won't have much more to worry about. You are in my prayers and thoughts. God bless.

Sandra- So sorry your kids are sick. What an ordeal for everyone. I hope they tell you its just a bug that needs to run its course. Get the Pedialyte Frozen Pops ready. I don't remember you mentioning she has a hernia. What kind is it? Does that need attention soon? Is that why she is having so much pain w/ BM's? I know that vomiting is associated with hernias.

Has she been checked for pyloric stenosis? Is she gaining well? Having the "right" number of wet diapers?

Well her vomiting the doc thinks is from some stomach bug. He said IF it gets worse bring her back and if not worse but not better at her 2 mn check next wk he will check for pyloric stenosis again. she is 10 pds 8 ozs ( my little fat girl).
He said that the BM is from a combination of her having a sensitive system( some babies dont like how BMs feel ) and also her Reglan can make her stomach contract harder so make it more uncomfortable. He said once we figure out the vomiting I can stop the Reglan and see if she still needs it.
Thanks for everyones input and concerns. I love how much everyone cares here.
