I thank God everyday for blessing me with my wonderful, beautiful daughter who is the miracle of my life!! In fact the other day we watched her video from the hospital and I kept telling her look how tiny you were and now you are such a big girl! She enjoyed seeing the baby on the screen and looking at the screen and then looking at her now is amazing. My 2 pound little baby is now a 37 pound "big girl" I am so proud of everything she has accomplished and how far she has come. Thank God for the blessing of children!

Well, looking at my boys, 5 and 2, sometimes I get so tired and loose my patience with them! They sure are energetic. But, THANK GOD!!! I remember when neither of them had much energy and we were hoping and praying that they would make through each hour and each day.

How blessed we are! Now my biggest worries are making sure I don't forget to take muffins to Nathanial's (he's now 35 lbs) kindergarten class or that Jonathan (he's now 28 obs) doesn't loose his little Thomas train that he has clung to these past weeks.

Thanks to all those NICU drs and reseachers out there!

Isabella just turned two and I was remembering the horrible weekend I had to go through before I had her. The mag, the steroids, feeling like crap. And how tiny she was. How did that 4 lb baby become this crazy, independent, 2 year old. Unbelievable. I am so thankful to all those doctors and nurses who helped her those first few weeks. Somehow it seems like only yesterday.

I called to tell me sister what today was and she laughed and said " everyday is prematurity awareness day at our house" LOL At least she can have a sence of humor about it ;)

Elizabeth 7-3-01 (NO PE or PIH)8 lb 12 ounces
Katherine Grace 10-8-04, 6 lb 10 oz (oligo at 37.5 weeks but PIH/PE free)
Proud Aunt to Ethan born 26/27 weeks (March 8th) weighing 1 lb 8 ounces! Our little fighter!
Now 7 months and over 10 pounds!
