We are trying to plan and keep hearing about different people who are PLANNING to come so it would be helpful to know actually who IS coming and it might help me know better how many to prepare for. Anne, I've been looking, and maybe I just missed it...has it been decided what the fees will be for the conference. I'm sorry if I'm being spacey when you've already sent it out...I just need to budget. Thanks!!

Alot will depend on the numbers but we have estimated that the cost (including two dinners, lunch, and the meeting space costs) will be about $100-130 per person. We are working to keep it as low as possible so that everyone that wants to come can. We don't have any extra money this year to subsidize anyone's travel but we do have a lot of people who are opening up their homes and willing to drive to help you keep costs down. Hope that helps.
