Foundation statement about H1N1 virus

Please see our new statement posted on our home page (www.preeclampsia.org). Our Medical Board has encouraged this information to be passed to all pregnant women. As this is not a preeclampsia-specific issue, we will not get into this issue in more depth, but did feel it was necessary to share a basic recommendation as it can be quite life-threatening to pregnant women.

As with all health matters, this is a discussion and a decision between you and your health care provider. Please use our statement to help inform your discussions.

You'll also note that there is a short survey at the end of the statement; we encourage you to answer these 7 questions as it will give us a good idea about how our women are responding to this threat.
