Well, I am doing great on WW. I have never felt more in control of my eating!! (I sound like a commercial). I have been eating at the high end of my points for my normal weight goal and still nursing well. I have already lost 7 pounds in almost 2 weeks, though they say you lose alot more the first few weeks, probably cause I am actually drinking the amount of water I should. I was good on Halloween, didnt eat one candy bar, though I could have if I wanted to. I have been eating these ice cream sandwiches that are only 2 pts each and that is taking care of my sweet tooth!! They come in all different flavors like- mint chocolate, chocolate chocolate, vanilla chocolate, peanutbutter chocolate, strawberry shortcake, and a ton of other frozen desserts.
Robyn- You are such an inspiration. I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas that helped you. I am not actually going to any meetings so if I am missing something let me know.
Well, to help me keep track of my goal I am going to fess up each week about my weigh in and goals, so here goes.
